Our powerband MAX can be used for a variety of applications and extend your training options, particularly in the field of strength training, stretching, core stability, supporting pull-ups, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and stretching programs. They are extremely effective for both upper and lower body training. powerbands max come in five separate levels of resistance. You can further adjust the amount of resistance during exercise just by giving more or less slack on the band, as well as by combining multiple resistance bands to increase the challenge. This allows for both a progression in rehabilitation plus athletic endeavours. The black and mobilizer max bands can also be used for powerlifting applications, including lockouts, deadlifts and other short stroke training techniques.

The exercise bands are great for assisted chin-ups and dips and for developing lateral speed and forward acceleration via various walk, shuffle, lunge and run-in-place exercises. During weightlifting, powerbands Max can be used to overload the bar and add resistance to exercises like the bench press, squat and dead lift.
