Our free 4-week Lady Set program is designed to get you in shape even when you can’t get to the gym. It’s been developed by sports experts, and your instructors are experienced trainers. So the program offers you top-quality training and guidance.

You decide how much tension you want to create with the bands and how fast you want to move through your workouts. So safe, peaceful way you can condition your whole body combines the advantages of gym machines and free weights and even pilates and yoga.
